From styling one home
to managing many.
Nancy & The Algarve began around eight years ago, shortly after Nancy moved to the Algarve. A homeowner who had seen her own home asked if she could style his property in the same way. With a background in interior styling and photography, Nancy took on the project — and when the home was ready, managing it as a holiday rental became a natural next step.
From the beginning, we worked alongside a trusted local partner for cleaning and maintenance. That partnership is still part of the business today. One home became several, largely through recommendations from owners who valued the personal attention, care and local knowledge behind our service.
As our portfolio grew, so did the needs of our owners. Property management became an increasingly important part of what we do — looking after homes throughout the year, not only when guests are staying.Along the way, we also began working with investors who purchased properties in the Algarve specifically for holiday rental. Some have never stayed in — or even seen — their property. They rely on us to manage it locally while keeping their investment performing.
Still personal. Just bigger.
Today, Nancy & The Algarve brings together holiday rentals, property management and investment support under one roof — while keeping the personal service on which the company was built.
